House commands

aleta sio — While inside your house, edit the guest list. Enter one character name per line to let friends in.
aleta som — While inside your house, edit the subowner list. Subowners can manage guests; ownership remains yours.
!sellhouse Character Name — While inside your house, start a house deed trade with a nearby player. Both players must complete the trade. The recipient cannot already own a house or lead another house auction.
Transferring a house preserves the last auction purchase price used for rent and the rent already paid. It does not start a new auction.

Starting bid: 10 gold per sqm. Each new bid must exceed the leading bid by at least 10 gold.
Auctions last 24 hours from the first bid. Later bids do not extend the deadline.
Delivery happens at the next server save (05:00 or 17:00 Brasília), or at a restart after the deadline.
One house or leading auction per character. Level 8 and a mainland vocation are required. Premium is not required.
The bank gold is not reserved. If the winner cannot pay the bid plus first rent at delivery, the auction is cancelled and the house becomes available again.
Owning a house does not require Premium. Using its beds requires an active Premium account.
Rent is 5% of the winning auction bid, rounded up, every 15 days. Transfers preserve this price. Keep enough gold in your bank.
After an unpaid rent, you receive a depot letter and have 7 days to pay. Otherwise, the house is released and its movable items go to your depot in that town.
