Help — FulgorOT
How do I start?
- Create an account using a number of 6–9 digits and a unique password.
- Log in and create a character. You start at level 1 in Rookgaard, without a vocation.
- Download the Windows client, extract the entire ZIP, and run Play-FulgorOT.bat.
- Select FulgorOT and enter the same account number and password used on this site.
The client does not open
Try Play-FulgorOT-DirectX.bat from the extracted folder. Do not run the application from inside the ZIP. Keep all files together.
I cannot log in
Use your account number, not your email or character name. First confirm you can log in on this website and that you have created a character. If a character is already connected, close the other session before trying again.
Password and account safety
Keep your account number and password in a password manager. Never share your password with staff or other players. You can change your password while logged in. Automatic email recovery is not available in this MVP.
Where are the shop and payments?
Payments and the shop are not available in the MVP. Do not send money to anyone claiming to sell points through this website.

See the staff list. When reporting a problem, include the character name, time and what happened, without your password.
